Main usage of each tool
Nippers (double-edged)
Used to cut out parts from plastic models or cut gates.
Its cutting capacity is compatible with plastics up to Φ3mm (PS, PP, ABS, PE resin). It can also cut hard clear plastic runners.
metal files
It is used to remove burrs (protruding gates) after cutting with nippers to make them flat.
Kaminasu 5mm thick (#240, #400, #600, #800, #1000)
Used to remove scratches left by metal files and to smooth the surface of parts.
The smaller the grit number, the coarser the grit and the stronger the sanding power.
The larger the grit number, the finer the grit and the better it is for surface finishing.
tweezers
It is used to attach small parts or apply stickers or water transfer decals.
Fabric storage case
It is convenient for storing tools when not in use and for carrying them around.

Nippers
・Do not apply a load beyond the capacity. Be especially careful not to apply a load to the tip.
- There is a risk that cut pieces may fly, so make sure there are no people around and no fragile objects before starting work.
- Do not touch the cutting edge directly with your hands. - To prevent rust, wipe off any dirt or fingerprints and apply oil to the shaft and cutting edge.
●Metal files
・For use on plastic only. Do not use on metal.
- To prevent clogging, be sure to remove cutting dust frequently.
・If you file with too much force, the cutting surface will easily become distorted. Please file with light force.
- Do not use a metal brush to remove shavings. This will damage the file's grain and reduce its cutting power.
- If the clogging is severe, soak the metal part in a solvent such as tool cleaner to dissolve and remove the clogging material.
- Because it is made of iron, it is prone to rust. Rust reduces cutting power, so we recommend periodic maintenance by applying anti-rust oil.

- If left submerged in water for a long time or exposed to solvents such as lacquer, the adhesive may dissolve and peel off.
- When using, please wear protective glasses and a dust mask.
-Scratches and dirt on the surface of the sandpaper do not affect its use.
- If you use too much force, the ink may come off.
Tweezers
・The tip is sharp and dangerous. Please handle with care and we recommend that you attach a cap when storing.
- This is a tool used for handling parts. Do not use it for any other purpose.
- Do not touch the tip directly.
